Support TIMEBASE (iBTW20) Troubleshooting

Unit doesn’t respond (locked up or frozen).

The unit may need to be RESET.

  1. Unplug the unit from its power source.
  2. Remove the backup battery. Let the unit stand for 2 minutes.
  3. Re-install the backup battery.
  4. Connect the unit to a power source.

You will need to setup the product functions once again.
