The USB port is not charging my device.
- The mirror MUST be connected to the AC adapter to enable USB charging from the unit.
Please note that the USB charging port delivers 1A (1 amp) of output. The 1A spec is compatible with iPhone's, iPod's, and other 1 amp devices. The USB port will charge 2.1A (2.1 amp) devices as well, albeit at a slower pace.
