What’s the warranty period for this product?
Limited 1 Year Warranty: iHome Products, a division of SDI Technologies Inc. (hereafter referred to as SDI Technologies), warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 Year from the date of original purchase.

Can I connect to a 5.0 GHz network?
Yes, the iGV1 is compatible with 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz networks.

How do I reset my iGV1?
Press and hold the “Microphone” button for about 10 seconds. A voice message will alert you when the unit is being reset.

Does the iGV1 support Google’s calling feature?
While the iGV1 supports many of Google’s functions, it does not include making calls. Third party devices are not integrated with this feature.

My iGV1 has the incorrect time on the display.
The time zone for the display is automatically set from your phone settings during the set up process.
- Make sure your phone is set to the correct time zone.
- Reset your iGV1 by pressing and holding the “Mic” button for about 10 seconds.
- Follow the Google Home app instructions to set up your iGV1.

My Google Assistant gives the incorrect time.
The Google Assistant obtains the time from the settings in your Google Home account. Please verify the settings in your Google Home App by following the steps below:
- Open the Google Home app.
- Select > “Account Preferences” icon located at the bottom right corner.
- Select > “More Settings.”
- Select > “Your Place” and enter your address.
- Reset your iGV1 by pressing and holding the “Mic” button for about 10 seconds.
- Follow the Google Home app instructions to set up your iGV1.

How do I set the iGV1 as a default speaker?
- Open the Google Home app.
- Select > Speaker you want as the default.
- Select > “Settings” icon located at the top right of the screen.
- Select > Default speaker / Choose a speaker.
- Select > Your desired speaker.

How do I turn off the Alarm?
When the alarm sounds, you can turn it off via voice command, or by pressing the Play/Pause button.

How do I set the alarm?
Alarms are handled by your Google Assistant via voice command. An example may be; “Hey Google, set an alarm for 7:00am.”

How do I adjust the display brightness?
Press and release the “ZZZ/display dimmer” button to cycle through and select the desired display brightness level.

I don’t see any display change when I select dimmer level 1.
Dimmer level 1 only turns off the button backlights.

The Bluetooth wireless range is approximately 33 feet.

No. The alarm settings can only be changed within an active Wi-Fi network.
