I am trying to charge the mirror but the Battery Level Indicator is not turning on?

The battery level indicator LED stays off when the battery is fully charged.

To find out the status of the battery, press and hold the light button for 2 seconds to hear the voice announcing the state of charge of the battery (the mirror must be ON).
