Cancellation Policy

At iHome, we understand the importance of fast order processing and delivery. We make every attempt to ship orders the same day they are received if placed prior to 1:30pm Eastern / 10:30am Pacific. As a result, it may not be possible to modify or cancel an order after it has been submitted. If the order cannot be cancelled, please follow the procedure as stated in our return policy below.

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at our web site, you may return it within 30 days to receive a full refund (except freight charges). Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
If your purchase is beyond 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions found in the product manual.

Shipping information

Free UPS Ground shipping within the Continental USA on orders of $60 or more (Not applicable with other iHomeaudio.com promotions or discounts). Next Day and Second Day service are also available (charges apply). No Saturday, Sunday or national holiday deliveries. Service to AK, HI, PR are available via USPS ONLY (charges apply).

Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. Shipments to Canada via USPS may take up to 20 days in transit. Unfortunately at this point we cannot ship to Canada via UPS/Fedex.
