    • How long does the internal battery last on a full charge

      The internal battery can last up to 8 hours on a full charge.

    • What’s the warranty period for this product?

      Limited 90-Day Warranty:

      iHome Products, a division of SDI Technologies Inc. (hereafter referred to as SDI Technologies), warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 90-Day from the date of original purchase.

    • The LED light does not turn white to indicate that the battery is 100% charged.

      If you are charging while playing music, most of the current will be drawn by the speaker instead of the battery. Therefore, the battery will be charged at a slower rate; especially when playing audio at 90% to max volume.

    • How do I know when to recharge the speaker?

      The iHM64 is powered by a rechargeable battery in the speaker. When the white power light dims, or if you start to notice sound distortion at higher volumes, it's time to recharge the battery.
